Welcome to Dance Aerobics!

 

Dance Aerobics is an exciting, healthy, safe and motivating way to get in shape and stay fit. Each course includes: warm up, cardio-dance, upper body strength exercises, cooldown and floor exercises specially designed for a woman's body (abdos, legs, buttocks, thighs) and ends with a relaxing stretch. Since Dance Aerobics is not a competitive sport, each class can accommodate various age and fitness levels, allowing participants to progress at their own speed.


This method of specially adapted exercises has placed Dance Aerobics #1 on the "hit-parade" of ladies' fitness in Switzerland and has earned us the Qualitop label. The Qualitop group partially reimburses our participants' expenses.
