Melody Fit is a new program in the dance company's family, which is geared to the older and perhaps less fit woman. It is a low impact class for women who are looking to exercise in moderation!

Melody Fit is a series of movements designed to gently work all parts of the body. The warm-up is followed by more dynamic, but nevertheless, very low impact exercises. Finally, we work the upper body and then do toning exercises for those "tough spots" of a lady's figure. The lesson comes to an end with stretching exercises, which protects against muscle cramps! The various steps are easy to learn even after many years of inactivity.
